                               RESOLUTION NO. 18795
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY
                   KITCHEN AS A RECIPIENT OF EMERGENCY SHELTER
                   GRANT FUNDS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
                   AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
                   THIRTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($30,000.00) FOR RENOVATION OF THE EXISTING
                   DAY SHELTER.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with Community Kitchen as a recipient of
       Emergency Shelter Grant funds for the Department of Housing and
       Urban Development in the amount of $30,000.00 for renovation of
       the existing day shelter.
